Prior to joining AQR in 2018, Sahar spent 16 years in various roles at Credit Suisse, including as US Head of Human Capital and Talent Management for Credit Suisse’s Prime Services Group. Chelsea Beckford is a valued member of the customer engagement team at Morningstar, Inc. In her current role, she is responsible for training facilitation and content creation for the MorningstarSM direct platform – Morningstar's premier investment analysis software. Prior to this, Chelsea worked as a marketing associate for the workplace solutions group for Morningstar. Chelsea is currently the co-president of VIVA, the Latinx employee resource group at Morningstar, and is also the coordinator for the reverse mentoring program at Morningstar. Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bard College and was awarded a Posse scholarship to pursue her undergraduate education. Ms. Bolden’s history includes 30 years’ experience in the information systems industry. At SDI Presence, Ms. Bolden is the Chief Experience Officer. In her role, Ms. Bolden is responsible for Quality Management in SDI’s delivery of services to customers, Customer Experience, Employee Development Programs as well as the creation of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs that focus on Human Capital Management and Productivity. Monica Brown is a highly regarded human resources professional and business leader that has been with the Cleveland Foundation since January 2007. In her current role she is a valued member of the leadership team, responsible for the ongoing, organization-wide development of human capital strategies that align with the foundation’s mission, values and strategic objectives and promote a diverse and inclusive culture that ensures the foundation’s ability to carry out it’s critical work in the community. Monica holds a master’s degree in labor relations and human resources management from Cleveland State University and is certified as a senior human resources professional by the HR Certification Institute. She also serves as an executive member of the board of directors for the Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation and is the co-founder of the Collaboration for Nonprofit HR Professionals. Teach for America
After graduating from UChicago in 2016 with a degree in public policy and sociology, Ms. Champi wanted the opportunity to better understand what happens on the ground in education, so she joined the 2016 Teach For America Corps in Boston where she taught 7th grade math for two years. This experience brought the complexity of educational inequity to light to see that it is not only the education system that has to change but many of the other systems in our country that have to change as well to get to the point where every child has access to the educational opportunities they deserve. Currently, she works on the National Recruitment Team at Teach For America to ensure that our students have access to exceptional diverse leaders as teachers and changemakers across the United States. Eiren Hendrie is a Principal and the Head of Human Resources at BDT & Company. Prior to joining BDT, Eiren worked in a variety of HR roles at Neuberger Berman, Citadel, and Morgan Stanley partnering with investment professionals on recruiting, new hire onboarding, training and development, employee relations, immigration, mobility, diversity and inclusion, compensation, performance reviews, advancement and engagement. Eiren received a BBA from the University of Michigan.

Kate is the Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Associate program in the BCG Chicago office. She assists with the recruitment of Midwest undergraduate and non-business majors. Kate graduated from the University of Dayton in 2014 and began working for BCG in 2016. Carolyn works as a coordinator and manages Bain’s summer internship program and recruiting efforts for University of Chicago. Richelle is a Vice President on the University Relations team in the Human Capital Management division. Richelle joined Goldman Sachs as a summer analyst in Chicago in the Operations division in 2006 and joined full-time in 2007. During her 13 year tenure with the firm, Richelle relocated to Salt Lake City to help grow Operations’ presence in the mountain west, experienced mobility in its many forms at the firm, and has been heavily involved in Goldman Sachs’ Affinity networks. Prior to her current role, Richelle worked as part of HCM’s Strategy & Management team and spent over 9 years in the Operations division supporting various products and businesses. Victoria Tucker Head of Recruiting State of Wisconsin Investment Board Ms. Tucker is responsible for overseeing and leading the recruitment strategy of the 9th largest U.S. public pension fund, the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (“SWIB”) which manages more than $115 billion in assets. It is one of the only fully funded public pension systems in the country. Prior to joining SWIB, she was the recruiting director for William Blair Investment Management’s asset management business line, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Tucker also served as the assistant vice president, recruiting manager of Nuveen Investments in Chicago. She was recognized for creating a successful in-house executive search function. Ms. Tucker began her executive search career at Advantage Resourcing where she focused on private equity, family office and traditional asset management clients. Ms. Tucker spent more than 8 years in multiple human resources capacities with Penny Pritzker family entities, including Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., The Pritzker Organization, L.L.C., Centergate Residential, L.L.C. and Baldwin Park Realty, L.P. Ms. Tucker began her career with the investment banking firm Wasserstein Perella & Co.
