Arts, Culture & Entertainment and Journalism & Creative Writing Bootcamp | September 27, 2021
What do journalism, arts and media have in common? All its most committed practitioners are trying to communicate, to express themselves, to tell some sort of story that reaches beyond boundaries. These may be filmmakers producing a feature film, or journalists reporting breaking news, curators finding unity in disparate artworks, or improvisers following a melodic thread. On the other hand, how are they distinct? What are the unique skills, experiences and pathways that can set you up for success in these fields? Join us to learn from current students, alumnae, and leading practitioners. Program Directors will moderate two separate panels devoted to each program and be available to answer questions following the sessions. Come for one, or both! Refreshments will be served.
