Philanthropy and Institutional Development (PID) is a cohort in the Fried Public Policy Service and Program for students with interest in careers in non-profits and non-profit development. PID members receive training and experience in key aspects of development, organizational management, and philanthropic giving. The PID program includes workshops, alumni dinners, and partnerships with the UChicago Office of Civic Engagement Community Programs Accelerator, allowing students to work directly with Mid-Southside non-profits on development. The cohort includes students from all years and backgrounds. If you are interested in becoming part of the program, please contact Alma Barragan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
