TRANSFER STUDENT CAREER KICKOFF
Join us on Tuesday, October 3rd at 4:30pm for the Transfer Student Fall Quarter Career Kickoff. This event features a panel of upperclass transfer students who will offer advice for navigating professional development at UChicago. Our panel will be followed by a networking opportunity, where new and old students alike are invited to connect. Sign up on Handshake here!
Meet with Your Career Adviser
Your assigned career adviser will help you craft your resume, find career opportunities in your field of interest, and create a personalized roadmap to securing a meaningful opportunity.
To schedule an advising appointment, log in to UChicago Handshake, click Career Center > Appointments > Schedule a New Appointment. Under “1st Year Assigned Adviser” you’ll see appointment availability to meet with your career adviser!

Treks are career exploration experiences that bring groups of students to meet with potential employers throughout the United States and around the world. Participating students have the opportunity to expand their professional network, learn more about potential jobs and internships, and find out whether a particular career field matches their interests, skills, and values.
