Metcalf Clinics are a co-op, project-based training program for students to develop skills and enhance career outcomes. In this part-time paid internship, teams of undergraduates take a deep dive into a professional area of interest and build relevant experience. Metcalf Clinics provide major benefits to employer partners as well including talent scoping and project support.
Successful applicants are placed in teams to lead consulting engagements and STEM research. During the two-quarter program, teams receive access to coaches and industry experts, and the opportunity to network with successful alumni. These clinics are terrific way to hone professional development in technical research, analysis, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
